I take the fact that you are looking at the possibility of entering therapy as a good sign. You may have struggled with your particular issue for years and found some temporary relief from it but now you are hoping that therapy could help you and have an open mind to possibilities to making some permanent changes and acquiring skills to deal with your difficulties going forwards and improving your relationships. If this sounds like your view of change then I have a wide range of experience with both individuals and couples to accompany you on your journey and have a encouraging and supportive approach. I only offer online therapy.
I have many years of experience in physical, psychological and brain trauma issues and have developed a integrative approach to helping people manage these issues in their lives. I make use neuro-psychotherapy approach to to brain trauma and integrate insights from cognitive rehabilitation, counselling, the Human Givens and EMDR to help people process trauma
