I am a COSRT Accredited psychotherapist based in Guildford, Surrey. I am passionate about living a fulfilled life. I believe this is rooted in positive and satisfying relationships. Sometimes, these relationships become stuck, hit an obstacle, or become overwhelmed by disagreements and conflicts.
I offer a safe space for therapy for individuals, couples, adult families, where you can be authentic and real and free from judgement. I will work with you for as long as you need to resolve whatever is causing you difficulty or distress. Everything we discuss will be treated with the deepest respect and confidence.
I charge £80 for individual psychotherapy, and £120 for couples therapy and family relationship therapy.
All appointments with me are for a full 60-minute hour, weekly. I also offer longer sessions of 90 minutes or two hours – please ask if this is something you would like. I can also see couples for intensive therapy sessions for a full-day or weekend.
