Hello and welcome! I'm an experienced clinical psychologist working both within the NHS and private practice. I offer assessment and therapy for children and adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties such as trauma and PTSD, stress, anxiety, and low mood to name just a few. My practice draws on a range of evidence-based psychological approaches to ensure the therapy best meets your needs.
I understand that taking the step to start therapy can be daunting. My aim is to work with you to build a therapeutic relationship that is warm and compassionate, and to create a space that feels safe.
