I also offer Online Therapy for clients throughout the UK and abroad. In addition I work as a clinical supervisor for other therapists.
My clinical approach is Integrative (including CBT, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Existential, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis) and incorporates Coaching approaches and techniques. This allows a focus on deep psychological change, and also the ability to work in practical, solution-focused ways with my clients to develop their strengths.
