We can all experience emotional difficulties at some point in our lives. This may be due to recent or historic events and these can manifest in different ways. I don't believe that people fit into boxes. If you're dealing with relationship challenges, trauma, experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, psychosis and other problems, then I can help. When we meet together, you will find I have an open and collaborative approach to help you understand your experiences. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and family therapy.
Previous clients have reported that therapy with me feels safe, person-centred and non-judgemental space. We will explore your past, present and future within a therapeutic relationship where you will feel seen and heard. Whatever your concerns, we will work together to reduce your distress and achieve your potential.
Over the past 20 years, I have developed an approach to therapy, grounded in authenticity, which enables me to be creative, reflective and flexible in my work.
