I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist with an advanced diploma in client centred counselling . I have worked for many years with adults and young people in private practice, the voluntary sector, and as a counsellor within the NHS primary care service. I work creatively in a way that suits each individual. The way you feel may interfere with your every day life and talking about the things that trouble you will help. I offer online video sessions of one hour. My sessions are usually conducted via FaceTime, WhatsApp, video, Facebook, video, or Google meet. I also offer a 30 minute free taster session for you to see if I am the right counsellor for you. Counselling can help resolve traumatic past events and help you move forward with greater resilience and self-worth.
