I offer therapy online to clients across the UK. I recognise that therapy can be a significant investment, so I endeavour to provide reduced rates for those on lower incomes to ensure accessibility. With a postgraduate qualification in counselling and psychotherapy, I bring a depth of training, evidence based work, and professional knowledge to my practice.
As someone with both professional training and personal experience of neurodivergence, I offer a compassionate perspective to help clients find clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with what truly matters to them.
