My main area of expertise are in Reproductive Health Counselling. I offer period information sessions (Dads for Daughters, group work, families and individuals), counselling across all areas of pregnancy related issues such as thinking about pregnancy and future fertility, infertility, miscarriage and baby loss, pregnancy anxiety, post-birth counselling, abortion counselling (pre and post), and menopause sessions. I work with women, men, non-binary, trans individuals, singles and couples. I also offer specialised therapy following genetic counselling and support for people taking home-based genetic testing (eg Ancestry/23&Me).
I am an experienced counsellor, healthcare professional and researcher with special interests in family health and reproduction/fertility. I am a postgraduate in Genetic Counselling and Prenatal Genetics & Fetal Medicine, and have completed additional training in fertility counselling, miscarriage & baby loss counselling and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
