Stepping Stones was founded in 2017 by Rebekah, who has over 28 years of experience in working with people experiencing mental health difficulties within the NHS, initially as a Registered Nurse and later as a Psychotherapist, seeing people from a wide variety of contexts and with a mix of different issues and challenges. The team has grown over the years and is now a well renowned service consisting of over a dozen therapists, who offer a wide range of therapies including: CBT, T-CBT, Gestalt, TA, Integrative, Psychodynamic, REWIND, EMDR, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, DBT and Trauma Therapy; offering online and in-person sessions.
The Stepping Stones team is lead by Rebekah, who is a Psychodynamically trained Psychotherapist, fully Certified EMDR Therapist, and Trauma Therapist. The team consists of highly professional male and female therapists, and offers a wide range of therapies for clients, both online and in-person. Both short and long term therapy is available.
Our approach to therapy enables each individual client to process and work through thoughts, patterns of behaviour and life challenges, and meet times of crisis with a reflective mind. Exploration of ones more deep rooted issues is also highly possible within this approach. Stepping Stones therapists adhere to ethical frameworks and are highly professional.
