As an accredited CBT Therapist I have experience in the treatment of a wide range of presenting problems. Some of my recent work includes Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Phobias, Trauma, Stress, Confidence, Sex Addiction, Teenage Troubles and Emotional Deregulation. I work with children, teenagers and adults, and am happy to explore anything specific that you'd like to discuss.
I enjoy working with a sphere of clients and attempt to keep my week varied through client age and presenting problems (Aged 7 - 100). I enjoy working with children and naturally build trust and connection with children and teenagers to help model and present a secure base.
