I am a HCPC registered and Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. I have over 30 years of qualified NHS clinical experience working in Adult Mental Health Services.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I draw on a number of different evidence based therapeutic approaches and tailor these to suit your specific needs. I use the following in my work: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Compassionate Focused Therapy.
