I specialise in working with conflicting couples and clients new to counselling. I help clients manage complex relationships, overcome trauma and relieve anxiety. Clients find me approachable, curious, culturally fluent and realistic in my counselling methods. Convinced that relationships are the avenue to lasting change, my goal in therapy is to create a safe therapeutic relationship that provides a setting for clients to experience healing and empowerment. I have 15 years of international work experience as a counsellor. I provide a money-back guarantee for one session with individuals and two sessions with couples.
I work with clients with depression, anxiety, unwanted sexual behaviour, relationship struggles, anger, trauma, burnout, unresolved family issues and more severe mental illnesses. In addition, I provide couples counselling, professional coaching and consulting services. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
