I am a Psychotherapist and HCPC Registered Music Therapist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology, an MSc in the Psychology of Pathological Addictions, and an MSc in Psychology: Methods and Techniques for Disability Support. I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, neurodiversity (e.g. ADH, ADHD), and learning difficulties. My integrative approach combines traditional talking therapies with non-verbal methods like music therapy and mindfulness, fostering growth and well-being in a safe, non-judgmental space.
