I provide psychotherapy which looks at the causes of our current problems as well as at our patterns of thinking and relating to ourselves and others. These patterns often have their roots in our past and in the ways we have survived and navigated our lives to this point.
I am a psychotherapist in training with five years' clinical experience. I practice humanistic and integrative psychotherapy - which means I draw on a wide range of therapeutic theory and modalities, but that I also believe each person is unique and is the ultimate expert in themselves.
