Along the way, you will get to know know yourself better and start to make changes that will help you to live a happier, more fulfilled life. At the moment, I am only offering telephone and online sessions.
We start with you, where you are at and where you want to go, Then, we explore the best way of getting there. I create an environment in which you feel safe and supported. As a fully qualified psychotherapist and registered member of BACP, I practice within the highest ethical framework. I offer a FREE 30-minute initial consultation over the phone or online.
