About
Given the uncertainty that surrounds us, sometimes we may feel like things are unravelling all around us and inside ourselves. It is important to remember that if you ever feel like it's all getting too much, you can get the right support to help you better understand your thoughts and feelings. I can help you to make sense of some of the difficulties you face now, as well as past life experiences. Along the way, you will get to know know yourself better and start to make changes that will help you to live a happier, more fulfilled life. At the moment, I am only offering telephone and online sessions.
We start with you, where you are at and where you want to go, Then, we explore the best way of getting there. I create an environment in which you feel safe and supported. As a fully qualified psychotherapist and registered member of BACP, I practice within the highest ethical framework. I offer a FREE 30-minute initial consultation over the phone or online.
People I have worked with often begin to notice a change in the way you think and feel very soon after starting therapy. I am confident that through our work together you will be able to make changes to self-defeating behaviours and find new ways of responding to feelings of sadness, fear, and pain, leading to a happier, more confident you.
