My therapeutic approach encompasses various models, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These interventions are tailored to your individual needs and are designed to empower you and foster independent progress.
I specialize in adult mental health with a particular interest in trauma, including single, multiple, developmental & complex forms. I attained accreditation as an EMDR Practitioner over 7 years ago. I am trained in the two evidence-based treatments endorsed by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence for individuals facing these challenges.
