As a Psychotherapist It has been my privilege to work closely with people facing deep challenges and issues in their lives. As someone who has faced my own challenges I believe I can truly empathise and help those who are in a dark place.

I have been providing counselling and therapy since 2018, initially as a volunteer with charities such as MIND and at a local hospice before moving into private practice. I have in-depth experience and specific training for individuals affected by Trauma, this may be PTSD or complex PTSD. In addition I have specialist knowledge of ADHD and Bipolar Disorder.

I want you to feel safe and comfortable to express your needs and feelings. My focus will centre on you as a person and I provide a respectful, inclusive environment where all orientations, lifestyle choices and expressions of identity are welcome.
