Hello, my name is Steph, I am a qualified and registered counsellor working with 2 different talking therapies to tailor an approach specifically for you. Those modalities are Person-Centred and Psychodynamic. I can also offer couples counselling. I have a passion for working with couples and can help you both open up, manage conflict, identify strengths and support change and growth in your relationship. Originally from a banking background i left that after 10 years to retrain. I offer a free 15 minute phone call to discuss your initial reason for coming to counselling and your goals. Sessions are weekly and we are based in Shurdington with free parking and a comfortable space. I can promise you a welcome, non-judgemental, safe & supportive environment.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) abiding by their ethics and i am committed to ongoing professional development.
