I work with people who have experienced difficult childhoods, those who are struggling with their adult relationships, and those who have experienced traumatic events which impact their ability to live their lives as they wish to. If you are looking for ways to soothe your nervous system, to investigate the impact past events have had on you, and to explore how best to find your own way forward, I can support you with these goals. Such work can be challenging at times, but I aim to provide a warm, safe and supportive environment as you take each step along the way.
I work in a relational, integrative way. This means that the therapeutic relationship between my clients and myself is at the heart of my work, and that I integrate a range of different therapeutic theories to suit both who I am as a person, and who you are as my client.
