Like all fully qualified Psychotherapists, I can work with a wide range of issues, including diagnosed mental health disorders. However, I have a special interest in working with Anxiety, Trauma including Sexual Abuse, Identity Problems, Religious Abuse and Spiritual Questioning, and Sexuality (including alternative relationship styles).
As an Integrative psychotherapist, my framework is holistic and draws on a range of different approaches. These take into account your upbringing, culture, past and present relationships, physical and mental health concerns and (where relevant) your spiritual beliefs.
