Hello, my name is Stephanie. Welcome. I am a Supervisor of trainee and qualified therapists, Certified Transactional Analyst and a fully qualified psychotherapist and psychotherapeutic counsellor with a masters in Transactional Analysis (TA) based in Bracknell Forest and Crowthorne, Berkshire. I use relational TA as my main theoretical framework and also draw on other therapeutic methods to tailor the therapy to suit your individual needs.
I work with young adults, adults and couples and I specialise in working with anxiety, overwhelm, childhood trauma, stress, low self esteem, relationship problems and communication.
The therapeutic relationship is central to the therapeutic process and I am here to provide a confidential and contained space for you, so that you can gain awareness and understanding of your process and explore whatever you feel is bothering you or holding you back.
To determine whether I am the right therapist for you, we can have an initial phone call where you can ask me any questions and get a feel for how we communicate together. If we choose to proceed, we can agree to meet and decide upon a limited number of sessions or longer term work.
