About
Hello, my name is Stephanie, I'm a Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with children, teens, young adults and their families. I have 13 years + experience in the NHS working in a range of services including Child and Adolescent Services (CAMHS). I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Newcastle University followed by a Masters at New York University and finally my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of East London. I have also been a lecturer in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) at Masters level.
I offer a warm and practical approach to support a variety of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, behavioural difficulties, low self esteem and to those with neurodevelopmental difficulties. Please visit my website to find out more about me and how I work.
Being a parent/caregiver is tough and the pressures of modern life can make the challenges all the greater. Being a parent can seem exhausting and very challenging at times, especially if your child is experiencing any particular difficulties. Sometimes we may need a bit of extra support to guide us along the way. Do get in touch for an initial consultation.
