Hi, I'm Steph, a Cambridge-based Chartered Clinical Psychologist, registered with the HCPC and BPS. I started my career in psychology 15 years ago and have over 10 years of experience in the NHS. I offer support to individuals, couples and families living with complex mental health difficulties or those who have experienced significant life events where therapy may be helpful. I specialise in low mood, anxiety, and trauma and have a passion for supporting those with neurodiversity. I recognise starting therapy can be a daunting process and I am committed to working with you to ensure we find the right pace and approach for you.
I will provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore your concerns. We will work together to manage difficult feelings and experiences and find ways to meaningfully reconnect to your life values. In practice, I draw on different evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT and CFT to tailor your treatment.
If you think you are ready to take the next step with improving your mental wellbeing, then please get in touch for a first consultation. This will give us the opportunity to get to know one another and for me to answer any questions you may have before moving forwards with therapy.
