Facing obstacles such as anxiety, depression, lack of self confidence, relationship issues, work issues etc can make us feel helpless. The aim is to understand our obstacles in order to change them.
I will create a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to talk and offload. I have an integrative approach to therapy, which means that I will work in a way which is most suited to you, by drawing on a number of different therapeutic models. I work with individual adults and couples (at all stages of a relationship).
