Infertility, pregnancy loss, grief and childlessness have a deep, often unrecognised impact.
I work in a person-centred way, supporting you gently as you process your journey, manage uncertainty and reconnect with hope and meaning. I offer a compassionate; kind and non-judgemental safe space for you to tell your story.
My personal journey deeply informs the work I do. I understand how isolating, overwhelming and invisible these experiences can feel and I offer a space where you don't have to explain or justify your pain.
Through our sessions, we will work on how to take that step forward alongside your grief. We explore triggers and potential difficult situations and how to manage the emotions they bring.
My name is Nicole. I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with a number of years experience working with adults and children, but specialising in grief in particular those of pregnancy loss and infertility, as well as the many secondary losses associated with this, TTC after loss, donor conception, adoption, or learning to accept childlessness.
