You might be thoughtful and self-aware, yet still finding it hard to make sense of what you’re feeling or how to move forward. Many people I work with are holding both personal challenges and the wider pressures of living in complex and polarised times.

I am a senior student of Core Process Psychotherapy with the Karuna Institute. I offer psychotherapy grounded in mindfulness and relational presence, working collaboratively with thoughts, emotions, body responses and relational patterns, and noticing how personal experience is shaped by history, relationships, and the wider world.

My role is not to fix or judge, but to offer a thoughtful, attuned space where you can slow down, reflect, and understand yourself more fully. Therapy with me supports greater self-awareness, increased choice, and a more grounded relationship with yourself and others.
