I work with each client addressing their specific problems and tailoring the work to meet their needs and personality. I am a qualified, accredited counsellor and therapist with nearly 20 years experience in private practice, workplace settings and adult mental health services. . Everyone will experience difficulties at some point in their lives but sometimes we need help to overcome problems and find better life solutions. I work in a confidential and safe environment where clients are able to develop more contentented and fulfilled lives.
My specialist area is working with clients experiences of panic/anxiety/trauma/PTSD caused by abuse, accidents, illness or life events. I also offer clinical supervision to psychotherapists, counsellors and other professionals providing a safe place to discuss client work, business issues, develop management styles and building good working relationships.
