I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means I may choose an approach from several different modalities depending on each client's needs. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore and give voice to your thoughts, experiences, and emotions without judgement. I am committed to helping clients to grow in self-awareness and to develop healthy and effective coping strategies to help to successfully navigate life's challenges. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling.
I am interested in identity - recognising and valuing how early experiences and cultural contexts contribute to the shaping of a person. My work has focused on anxiety, relationship with self and others, bereavement, life transitions. I work in a client-led way which is grounded in authenticity, trust and mutual respect.
The thought of beginning therapy can feel daunting, but if you feel ready to take that initial step, reach out to me to see how I might be able to help you. We’ll have a free 15 minute consultation where we can discuss what brings you to counselling. If we are a good match we will agree a regular time to meet for our 50 minute counselling sessions.
