Welcome to Start Something Counselling and Psychotherapy. I understand that life can be challenging. Sometimes specific events and experiences create pain and emotional discomfort. For others, understanding why life feels uncomfortable is less obvious. My aim is to work with you to help you understand your mind, to enable to you become aware of how your experiences have influenced and impacted you.
I offer a non judgemental and confidential space for you to be heard. I have completed four years Advanced Clinical Psychotherapy training, and continue to train professionally. I am clinically experienced, having worked with a wide range of presentations within private practice, and in the voluntary sector with bereavement and substance dependence.
I offer a free telephone consultation prior to meeting so you are able to talk through your expectations, and understand more of who I am professionally. I welcome questions and enquires, and look forward to hearing from you.
