I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience of working therapeutically with people from all walks of life in the NHS, the community and charitable settings. I tailor our sessions to meet your needs by draw on a range of evidence based models including CBT, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), EMDR, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and Psychodynamic approaches.
I offer a nurturing, respectful and authentic space where you can speak freely about what has been going on for you. I will support you to make sense of your experiences and find ways to move towards feeling more settled.
