Working with trauma has provided me with much experience of my clients deep sense that there is something wrong with them or what they do and the surrounding feeling of confusion, worthlessness and helplessness - feeling lost and alone in a busy world. As we take a closer look we begin to understand the origins and invite relief, change and new beginnings.
