Hello, and welcome. I’m a HCPC-registered Consultant Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience working across NHS, private, and specialist settings. I am the Clinical Director of Staffordshire Neurodiversity and Psychology Service (SNAPS)—a service dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate psychological care for neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals and their families.
At SNAPS, we specialise in multidisciplinary autism and ADHD assessments for children, young people, and adults, following gold-standard, NICE-guided pathways. In addition to assessment, we offer therapy and tailored post-diagnostic support.
Therapeutically, I work integratively—drawing on models such as CBT, EMDR, Breathwork, Mindfulness, and compassion-focused approaches—adapting interventions to meet the individual needs of each client.I have experience working with young people and adults with with varying difficulties such anxiety conditions, depression, PTSD/trauma, eating difficulties.
I am passionate about neuro-affirmative practice, and my team and I are committed to working in a way that celebrates neurodiversity while also recognising the unique challenges it can bring. We aim to create a welcoming and inclusive space for clients of all ages to feel heard, respected, and supported.
