I'm a fully qualified BACP Registered Counsellor. I work in a person centred way which means you as the client are at the centre of what I do. I offer a non-judgemental, client led, genuine space for you as we work together through any issues you may be facing.
I understand how difficult it can be to make that first step into counselling and I hope I can create that safe space for you to start to explore and heal.
I believe that you are the expert on you and I will sit along side you and help you to explore your thoughts and feelings around whatever you are having difficulties with.
I can also work in a creative way if this is something you'd like, which can help when sometimes the words aren't there. I have experience of working with a range of issues, which include anxiety, depression, self harm, suicide, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, loss and more. I offer face to face or online counselling from the ages of 18 upwards.
