Hello, I am a trauma-informed, integrative counsellor. I meet clients weekly, face-to-face in a safe, comfortable therapy space in Darlington, Co Durham, UK, and online via Zoom or by telephone if you prefer. I have a flexible work structure regarding regularity of sessions. I have supported many clients throughout the years with a variety of mental health issues at Mind, the Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling Centre and Durham University before entering private practice.
