My style of therapy is great for confidence and esteem building and my clients tend to mostly share struggles in depression, anxiety and abusive relationships. If you were interested in working with me, you may often struggle with how you view yourself and often wish you could have the life you really want. You may want to feel better about you or want better relationships. You may want to know what your're good at because you've lost your sense of self. Your goals could be around building confidence, work, friendships and finding time to also explore and perhaps develop yourself. These are areas I can help you address.
As a Positive Psychologist and Counsellor, I take a client-led approach whilst exploring and building upon your strengths and virtues alongside you. I believe that working with you in this manner acknowledges your struggle but doesn't dismiss what is also great about you. This allows you to be in your own driving seat with the support you require.
