Hi, I'm Stacey. There are many reasons why people come to therapy, but it's usually because we feel stuck in some way. Are you seeing the same patterns in your relationships, behaviours or ways of thinking? Are your coping mechanisms no longer working? Is there never enough time to reflect on what you want & need? I offer a space that is just for you and without judgement. I want to support you to live authentically, take back the reins and reduce your stress. I am honest, straight-talking and will put you first.

My practice is informed by attachment and trauma-informed models, Gestalt theory and neuroscience. However, I take the view that there is no single theoretical framework that can treat every person. I work relationally with you as a whole person, and whatever your needs are in the here & now.

In a world that is constantly demanding of our attention, I want to provide a space that allows you to be curious and reflect. A space to pause, a space to remember, and most importantly, a space to be welcomed just how you are. If this resonates with you, I would love to talk.
