I am an integrative psychotherapist and use various modalities in my work with clients. My training is in psychodynamic with CBT and my specialism is neurodiversity, so many of my clients are either seeking a diagnosis or have been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism (or both) or PDA. I work with adults and children, usually aged 10 and over. I work via Teams, so you can access therapy anywhere. I also work with couples, I have a certificate in Couples Work using the Developmental Model (Physis Scotland Jan 2025) and training in working with Neurodiverse Couples (Aspire, Nov 2024).
I have a postgraduate in Clinical Supervision (2021) so I can supervise other counsellors and psychotherapists. I specialise in neurodiversity and supporting clients in the process of diagnosis and post diagnosis. I am a registered member of the BACP and also an accredited member of the National Counselling Society.
I have a realistic understanding of challenges, yet works with high expectations and with empathy and understanding, assisting clients in making positive changes. I use recent research, theories and information to support her teaching and therapy, this also supports her in her workshops and training in topics which values learning from our peers.
