You may already recognise that something in your life needs to change, or is not working the way you want it to. I offer engaging, targeted work to help you live fully again. I am an integrative therapist, which means I do not work from a single model. I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches to suit what you need. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in mental health services. I have extensive experience and training supporting men's mental health, and work with adults and young people, in person and online. I am BACP registered.

“In this big city, I sometimes feel alone.” “I feel like I’ve lost my sense of purpose.” “I have a deep desire to become a parent.” “I’m thinking about quitting my job.” “Everything seems to be changing, and I feel lost.” These are just some of the thoughts that can bring someone to start counselling.
