Welcome To Spiritwell. I'm Maddy and I work as a therapeutic counsellor, supporting both adults and young people, from 11 years. Based on the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire border, I offer appointments either face to face, over the phone or via video chat. I also offer an optional, free, 30 minute telephone introduction. I am also employed 2 days a week as a Counsellor and Mental Health Worker for a charity which has a contract with the NHS. For over 5 years I have also been involved with a young people's charity, where I assess, support and counsel young people from the age of 11.
I do a lot of work around anxiety, negative thoughts, panic attacks and OCD. I also work with many clients who have autism and ADHD. I am located 5 minutes from Selston, 15 minutes from South Normanton, 20 minutes from Alfreton and 25 minutes from Ripley and Heanor.
