Helping Young People realise their full potential within an ever changing world. I have over 15 years experience in counselling young people in private practice, schools and colleges. I have successfully worked on anxiety prevention and lifting low mood. I have experience working with suicide ideation, family dynamics, dyspraxia, autism, self harming behaviours, sexuality and gender, exam pressure, bullying, OCD and many more. I consider that, at times, young people need additional emotional support outside of their family and friends network in order that they can achieve their full potential.
I aim to see things from a young person's perspective and help them make sense of their coping strategies. I am trained in CBT, Solution Focussed therapy, Single Session Therapy, alongside a specialist Masters Degree in Young People counselling. I hold a DBS cert. and am Safeguarding trained. My work extends tthroughout the UK and Europe
