I work with people who are struggling to manage their anxiety whether that be because of a phobia, social anxiety or generalised anxiety disorder. Clients come to me because they want practical skills for managing the symptoms of anxiety. My clients learn how to manage anxiety on a daily basis and go on to overcome phobias, give presentations or achieve the things they want to do.
I use a combination of therapeutic hypnosis, cognitive behavioural based exercises and talking therapy to help clients get some control back.
