I'm Lynn, and I support adults who feel overwhelmed, exhausted or unsure how to move forward — often after narcissistic abuse, a controlling or emotionally abusive relationship, past or recent trauma, or while struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief or addiction. With nearly 30 years' experience, I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can feel genuinely heard, understood and safe, and gently rebuild your life at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is warm, person-centred and integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods tailored to you. I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels right, with emotional safety, trust and choice at the heart of our work. I offer both shorter-term counselling and longer-term, deeper psychotherapy — whatever best supports your recovery.
