I am a qualified integrative Child and Adult Counsellor and ADHD Coach As an ex-Detective working in the Child abuse team, I saw how childhood traumas can affect childhood through to adulthood. The lasting effects are life debilitating and can be crippling. I believe in working collaboratively with your mind, body and soul to bring your body back in alignment. Whether that's through talking therapies, or hypnotherapy.
I focus on psychodynamic approach for counselling where together we explore the past and work collaboratively to examine how the past maybe affecting your present. I am a trained Hypnotherapist, Sound healer and Reiki Master. I believe that the mind and body are connected, and healing both your mind and your body helps provide the best benefit.
I provide a calming tranquil space in my therapy room in my garden. This is a non judgemental space and a chance to explore your inner issues, whether this is trauma related, or life presenting issues. I can help guide you through this journey.
