Hello and welcome, I'm Remona. It can be really hard choosing a Therapist when life feels so very difficult already, hopefully I can help you make up your mind. I am an experienced Therapist, Emotional Freedom Technique and Rewind Trauma Therapy Practitioner. I’ve worked successfully with a diverse clientele helping them understand what happens in our body when we experience anxiety, and how to calm it down. When words feel inadequate I offer creative methods, but ultimately the choice is always yours.
