Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Diane, I'm a person centred counsellor, offering a down to earth, friendly, non judgemental listening ear. I am currently taking on new clients over the telephone and online. I am also.a reiki master and offer a range of holistic ttherapies.
I have twenty years experience working with a wide range of people including those struggling within relationships, domestic abuse, individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and low mood, I have worked with parents carers and families and have a good understanding of the policies and procedures associated within this arena.
I believe when we are suffering, worrying or struggling, we can find it hard to move forward. We feel trapped, isolated and unable to live the life we want to, sometimes things can just feel too overwhelming, we don't know where to start on our road to recovery.
