I’m Soran, an integrative therapist, coach and registered osteopath working in Central and South East London. You may be someone who is feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected, even if you can’t fully explain why. Perhaps stress, tension, pain or exhaustion have become part of daily life, or you feel caught in ways of coping that no longer serve you. Maybe you sense that what you’re struggling with is emotional, physical or both - and that trying to separate them hasn’t helped. I can work with you to help you find greater ease, clarity and a way to feel more at home in yourself again.
My approach is integrative and body-aware, bringing together therapeutic exploration, practical coaching and an understanding of how experiences are held in the body. I work with stress, overwhelm, trauma and difficult relationships with the body, supporting people to develop awareness, capacity and choice in sustainable and self-compassionate ways.
I create a safe and supportive space to help you feel more at home in your body and in yourself, to recognise and build on the resources you already have.
