I take an integrative approach, drawing on techniques from different models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My focus is on working collaboratively to understand your needs and find the most helpful way forward.
I often centre my travels on finding new trails to explore and wildlife or landscapes to photograph. I enjoy a wide range of music genres and love the atmosphere of gigs—there’s nothing quite like the buzz of live music with a great crowd. I also appreciate the quieter moments, like cooking a meal and getting lost in a good book.
