Hello, I'm Sophie and I am an experienced, accredited counsellor working with individuals aged 18 or over. I can help with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma and more. I provide Face-to-Face counselling in a calm space in Central Cheltenham. or online counselling, to suit your needs. There are many reasons that someone might seek out counselling: Perhaps you are feeling stuck, wanting to make changes? Maybe you are feeling anxious, depressed or in a low mood that feels hard to shift? Perhaps there is something in your past which is having an impact on how you feel now in your life?
I am able to offer a confidential space in which to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It is important that you feel safe and supported. I work with many different clients who bring a variety of issues. I am an integrative counsellor which means that I can draw from different types of therapy to tailor an approach to the individual.
