I have over 25 years of experience as a psychologist, 22 of these in the NHS predominantly working with Adults with complex mental health problems. I currently work in my own practice with adults over 18. I specialise in Compassion Focused Therapy which is helpful for a wide range of difficulties including low mood, anxiety & self criticism
