Hello, I’m Sophie, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can safely explore your feelings at your own pace.
I specialise in working with anxiety, low mood, depression, and relationship difficulties. I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients and aim to offer therapy that is flexible and adapted to different needs.
As a qualified integrative therapist, I draw on psychodynamic, person-centred and CBT approaches, tailoring therapy to each individual. This may involve exploring past experiences alongside current difficulties, working with thoughts, emotions and relationships to support deeper understanding and meaningful change.
Taking the first step into counselling can feel overwhelming. It’s important that you feel comfortable and confident with the counsellor you choose. I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation. This initial consultation is a chance for you to ask questions, understand how I work, and get a feel for what our sessions might look like.
